About the Author Steve’s eclectic background ranges from working as an Au Pair in Germany to drug testing athletes for the Olympics, to also serving as a high school youth pastor in Colorado. In his twenties Steve lived and studied in numerous locations around Europe and in the United States. During this sojourning season of life, he developed a keen interest in history, politics, cultures, and languages. More than that, he gained a framework for engaging these subjects in the context of faith. In writing the Future Perfect series, Steve has been able to use this framework to creatively explore how morality, faith, apologetics, fate, and free-will might have intersected in the ancient past and how such intersection might relate to the present and future of our own world. Steve enjoys living in the beautiful state of Colorado with his wife and children.

The author does an awesome job of setting a scene, developing thestory and characters. It is fast reading and keeps your interest to the point you don' t want to stop ! The Biblical references add a new level toa "back to the future" scenario. You have to read this!!!!

Exhilarating By Mike Burch The depth of the plot which quickly bears itself out begins in hyper motion in which the reader will need to stay nimble as things twist and turn all the while remaining accessible to most types of readers. The book weaves in and through time and the character is faced with many obstacles along the way. His pilgrimage takes highs and lows and he attempts to navigate ultimate questions of truth, purpose and being.

The author has a way of taking the reader on a journey back into time as he weaves Biblical truth with fiction. Great book for teenagers and adults alike. Can't wait to read the next book in the series.
