About the Author Patricia Ann Hines had a long career in public education retiring as a principal. In retirement her interests include reading, writing, public speaking, playing the piano for her church and physical fitness. After the death of her husband in 2010 she wrote a memoir about his life entitled, Struck By Lightning. An article entitled, "Round Up" was published in the Fall 2011 Our USA Magazine. Other writing projects are in progress including a novel, devotional materials and a tribute to her mother who died March 2015.
