Young The author obviously has an imaginative mind, and a very good working knowledge of Nevada history. Anyone who has knowledge of the early story of Nevada's mining communities will appreciate the story, for the inclusion of so many old west characters, and will be surprised by the outcome of the book. Very creative writing, good story, wonderful characters.

It starts off as a fantastic Historical Fiction, with great character development. You know all the characters are going to meet up somehow. Then, suddenly the book makes a sharp left turn. I personally loved it, right in my vein of interest. I ended up binge reading it to finish because I didn't want to put it down.

By David Riggs A captivating story, the book reads like an historical account of diverse characters coming together to a unique time and place. Then, some story twists and turns take the reader beyond to end on a satisfying and upbeat note. Very good writing and story-telling. I look forward to more from this writer!
