Dragon Wars is the brilliantly written conclusion in the spellbinding Seeking Her Mates Series by Carina Wilder and it totally ROCKS! Each novella in the series weighs in at almost 100 pages of sizzling hot romance, edge of your seat suspense and heart-pounding adventure. And yes, I said series so ya'll know that the first four books end with a cliffhanger just like watching your favorite TV shows. Personally, I love the excitement and anticipation of a good serial and Carina is, most assuredly, a master of her trade. She leaves me breathless every single time! I absolutely love it! Can you tell I really love it??? Yeah, I guess you can! Carina has once again dazzled her readers with her incredible talent, exceptional skill and boundless imagination. She never fails to deliver an extraordinarily entertaining and spectacularly satisfying read! The story is exciting, original, imaginative, thrilling, action packed, enchanting, intriguing, suspenseful, seductive, romantic, arousing and sensual. The dialogue is smart, snappy, exceptionally well written and flows effortlessly. The characters are fascinating, captivating, intriguing, engaging, endearing, sexy as sin and absolutely delightful. If you love paranormal romance, time travel, adventure, action, suspense, mystery and a little magic thrown in for good measure, you will love this book. In Carina's Sought By The Alphas Serial, we were introduced to the Dragon Queen, Gwynne and her two Dire Wolf Alpha mates, Rauth and Lachlan, and their twins. In this series, the twins, Lilliana, a dragon/phoenix hybrid, and Rohan, a shape changer, have come of age and are ready to experience life but possibly not quite so eager to accept their destinies. Lilliana knows her duty as Princess of the Dragon Queen, is to perform the "Ritual". She like her mother will have not one but two mates, neither of which will be chosen by her but by combat during a tournament hosted by her two fathers, but there's one " little" problem. Lilliana like her mother has the ability to time travel. She travels to the year 2015 where she has been attending college and although she misses her home in the year 1369, she loves her life in London and is especially drawn to a certain mysterious and handsome young man in her history class who seems determined to discover her secrets. But Lilliana knows a relationship with the charming Connor is not possible. Or is it? Connor has always known he was different. If they fail, it could mean the extinction of all shifters, in the past, the present and the future! The Stranieri have made their move and are determined to destroy our three heroes, at any cost. But who is the mysterious leader of the malevolent Stranieri and why are the Stranieri so determined to stop the bond between Lilliana, Graeme and Connor? What new powers will be bestowed upon each of our heroes? What dangers lie ahead in Scotland for our fearless threesome and why does the Stranieri want Connor so badly? What other secrets lay hidden in Connor's ancestry? Oh my! Is it possible for a human from the future and a dragon from the past to ever become the mates for the Dragon Princess? Is it even possible for Connor to survive a Ritual with two dragons? And if by some miracle he does survive, just what will he be and what abilities will he possess? Beautiful dragon/phoenix princess-check! Wonderful cast of diverse characters, fascinating shape-changers and mysterious deors-check! A new group of baffling and enigmatic allies-check! Danger, drama, adventure, suspense, intrigue, an unexpected enemy and several very surprising plot twists -check! Heated attraction, explosive chemistry, fiery passion, sweet romance and heartbreaking angst-you betcha! That and a whole lot more! I guess you can probably tell that I really did love this book and I'm sure you will enjoy it just as much. Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!My Rating: FIVE STUNNINGLY SUPERB STARS *****
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. A wonderful ending in this book. Totally Rad!! By Phenomenally Me This is the awesome finally installment in the seeking her mates series. It is totally awesome Carina has done it again with the numerous amounts of suspense and drama as our heroes and heroine face an all out war. A decadent amount of passion, intense chemistry and danger she kicks it up even more with the character concepts and thoughts as they discover more about themselves and their past in powers and abilities. Lily in a way is like the most impulsive of the group much like her fathers she kinda takes more action and then asks questions later but thats what makes her an interesting character. She dares to take the plunge and protect those that she cares about regardless of the danger and circumstances. I really liked the ending of this book. A totally fantastic read.I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

By ilianag I was given an ARC by the author for an honest reviewLilly's,Graeme's and Conor's story coming to an end and ohhh my god what an end!!!!Carina wrote the perfect finale for those three!!!Well written with lots of humour but action as well this story flows so quickly and easily that you just don't know when you reach the last page.The twists and turns were sure to keep you on your sit wanting to read and see what will happen.An exceptional ending to this story!!!!I won't say more cause i don't want to give spoilers but i simply couldn't put it down!!!!!!Great job Carina!!!!
