About the Author Dr. Patricia Johnson-Laster is a retired counselor and professor. While teaching psychology at the college level, Dr. Laster found many books that were psychologically based - but void of Christian thought - for adult children from dysfunctional families. She also found number books that provided scriptural insight but failed to bring in psychological insights. Wanting to help the many young adults and adults who came to her with unresolved issues from their childhood, Dr. Laster designed, as both a Christian and a psychologist, this workbook. Working through the activities in this book will benefit anyone with unsettled issues from childhood. It is also a great resource for Christian counselors, pastors, and life coaches.
