There is no contact information in the book except a web page, which itself offers no contact information. Plugging the web address into Google, I found that there is a Thaphada Facebook page. The last post is from November, so I'm not hopeful that it's a good means for communication, but I sent a message anyway, asking for a useable link and an updated Kindle file that includes it.

But the reason I am only giving 1 star is because this book needs permission from the author to get the downloadable pdf file. I have sent the request several times, but to no avail. Since I have not gotten any response, I can not change it to 5. The rest of his books, so far have the tinyurl option for the pdf and that works well.
